Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive digital project strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and clients’ objectives.
•Establish the roadmap for digital platforms, including PMIS, CDE, BIM integration, cost and schedule systems, dashboards and data governance.
•Translate business requirements into system design specifications and functional configuration.
•Lead the selection, implementation and configuration of digital control systems (e.g. PMIS, cost management tools, scheduling platforms, CDEs).
•Configure system modules including workflows, WBS, CBS, integrated project controls, governance and stage gate processes and user permissions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering complex digital projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
•Bachelor’s degree in STEM related subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science).
•Strong knowledge of project controls processes, including cost management, scheduling, risk, change control, governance and reporting.
•Hands-on configuration experience with PMIS or digital control platforms (e.g., Oracle Primavera Cloud, Oracle Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, CEMAR, SAP PS, Power BI).
•Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications.
