NF Recovery Production Lead

Lead day-to-day operations for nonferrous (NF) metal recovery and fluff stockpiling of auto shredder residue (ASR) before shipment to landfills. Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance, oversee production schedules and shift staffing, and help reduce accident frequency. Manage finished-goods processing and storage in line with regulatory requirements, address equipment deficiencies by coordinating maintenance needs, and provide guidance to employees while supporting internal control processes.
