Plant Controller

Own the plant P&L and drive financial performance by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month/quarter-end reporting. Turn costs and operational data into clear, actionable insights for plant and business unit leadership. Ensure SOX compliance and strong internal controls while partnering with operations to improve profitability and support commercial decisions using tools like PMDB and customer profitability analysis. Lead and develop team members (if applicable) and build financial acumen across the site.
