Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and track all physical IT assets including laptops, desktops, peripherals, physical servers, and network devices
  • •Run, analyze, and maintain IT asset inventory management through IT asset management systems
  • •Recover IT assets from resigned/exit employees and handle asset allocation/deallocation
  • •Support onboarding/offboarding by managing equipment assignment and retrieval, coordinating globally with HR
  • •Reconcile asset inventory against system records through periodic audits and cycle counts and produce monthly reports and dashboards

Key Requirements

  • •3 or 4 year graduate / degree
  • •Experience managing IT asset inventories and asset lifecycle processes
  • •Ability to run inventories, reconcile physical asset inventories against system records, and perform periodic audits and cycle counts
  • •Working knowledge of IT asset management systems and tracking technologies
  • •Ability to coordinate with HR teams and third-party vendors for onboarding/offboarding and asset procurement
