Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the PLM Manager, CM team, and PLM team with daily coordination and operational support activities.
  • •Support process mapping by preparing process flows, working notes, SOPs, and user-level documentation.
  • •Assist in documenting CM, change management, release management, and PLM process steps.
  • •Support SIT and UAT activities for PLM changes, including preparing test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
  • •Execute basic functional test cases, record results, track defects/open issues, and support product data/configuration maintenance and post-deployment validation.
