Job Summary

Own and execute integrated marketing strategy for an ETF business within a pan-regional team. Partner with Segment Marketing, Distribution, Product, Investments, Events, PR, and Compliance to bring ETF value propositions to client touchpoints including email, digital, content, advertising, social, and events. Use research, data, and performance metrics to optimize messaging and refine positioning based on client, industry, and competitor trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Segment Marketing and Distribution to understand client needs and support ETF integration into segment plans.
•Contribute to implementation of marketing plans aligned to client needs and business priorities.
•Support the ETF Marketing team with product expertise, value propositions, and scalable sales enablement content.
•Implement campaigns in collaboration with product and investment teams to align strategy, messaging, and execution.
•Collaborate across client touchpoints (email, digital, content marketing, advertising, social, events, and media relations) and optimize using research, data, and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

•Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., Italian, German, Spanish) are a plus.
