Key Responsibilities

•Manage the delivery and assurance of all reactive and programmed maintenance on site, ensuring health & safety requirements are met
•Oversee the delivery of Reactive & Programmed maintenance to meet KPIs and ensure First Time Fix standards
•Undertake programmed maintenance inspections and assurance activities, provide technical support to stakeholders, and review inspection reports
•Coordinate with Mobile APs to ensure works comply with JSP 375 and identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption
•Manage FGas and waste compliance, raise Statements of Need for billable works, and act as single point of contact to resolve end user issues

•IOSH knowledge or equivalent health and safety knowledge
