Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end video production for enterprise initiatives, executive communications, and high-visibility campaigns, from concept through filming, editing, and delivery.
  • •Create video content and visual storytelling assets including employee stories, leadership messages, brand content, motion graphics, animated explainers, and kinetic typography.
  • •Support internal and external communications such as weekly newsletters, company-wide content, customer-facing videos, and thought leadership.
  • •Collaborate with designers to ensure cross-channel visual storytelling consistency, and flex into graphic design tasks when video workload allows (infographics, presentations, digital content).
  • •Develop reusable video templates and motion graphics libraries, guide video strategy and best practices, coach communicators, and support measurement and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of successful experience in video production, motion design, and visual communications, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • •Outstanding video production and editing skills, including the ability to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver across diverse formats and audiences.
  • •Strong English skills.
  • •Mastery of video editing and motion design tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro and motion design software (After Effects, Cinema 4D).
  • •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for supporting graphic design work.
