Key Responsibilities

  • •Own onboarding and data health for strategic/high-value clients, including ongoing enhancements to data quality and tech stack integration.
  • •Align with pre-sales teams and consult with prospects/clients to define business goals and metrics that guide data architecture and project outcomes.
  • •Work with customer engineering, product management, and marketing teams to handle technical onboarding, optimize Mixpanel deployments, and improve data trust.
  • •Deliver technical services including data architecture consultations, adoption/change management best practices, and scalable data governance for customers.
  • •Build AI automations for managing data at scale and consult with customers on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfort with data querying, modeling, and transforming using at least one core tool such as SQL, dbt, Python, business intelligence, or product analytics tools.
  • •Familiarity with databases and cloud data warehouses including Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft Azure.
  • •Familiarity with product analytics implementation methods such as SDKs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), event streaming, and reverse ETL.
  • •Ability to manage complex client projects with multiple stakeholders across teams while balancing scope and timelines.
  • •Experience in customer success, client-facing professional services, consulting, or technical project management, including embedded AI workflows using MCP servers.
