Monitor and support enterprise integration services, APIs, queues, scheduled interfaces, and middleware components. Investigate failed transactions, authentication errors, timeouts, and data-mapping issues, then coordinate incident resolution with application, database, network, security, and external integration teams. Support configuration and certificate updates, endpoint changes, deployments, and release validation, while maintaining interface catalogs, dependency maps, specifications, runbooks, and known-error records. Contribute to root-cause analysis and service reporting.
