Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the platform mission and roadmap for AI-ready data, semantics, and MCP-first distribution.
  • •Define AI-ready data standards including data contracts, schemas, versioning, deprecation approaches, and quality measures.
  • •Identify repeatable workflows for platform primitives (vs bespoke vs retired) based on customer signals.
  • •Drive adoption of platform primitives across internal product teams, measuring success through usage and business impact.
  • •Shape AI-native distribution strategy (protocols, channels, integrations, commercial approaches) and co-author the operating model for scalable AI platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a track record shipping platform capabilities others build upon (e.g., APIs, data products, semantic layers, evaluation frameworks).
  • •Experience owning platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes in data, AI, developer platform, or similar technical product environments.
  • •Technical credibility to contribute to architecture discussions and evaluate approaches including RAG, evaluations, agents, tool use, MCP, and data platforms.
  • •Recent hands-on experience working with AI tooling through prototypes, integrations, agents, tools, or related practical applications.
  • •Ability to influence decisions in a matrixed organization and translate customer/operational feedback into scalable platform direction.
