Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute sourcing strategies for board electricals, aligning with Motive’s business objectives
  • •Manage global supplier relationships, including supplier selection, negotiations, and performance management
  • •Collaborate with engineering and product teams to influence design decisions for cost, lead time and manufacturability
  • •Ensure supply continuity by proactively managing risks and identifying alternative sourcing opportunities
  • •Analyze market and industry trends to develop comprehensive plans to identify and mitigate supply chain risks

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experiences in sourcing and supply chain management, with a focus on board electricals for consumer electronics, automotive or related industries
  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • •Demonstrated negotiation skills and proven experience in contract management
  • •Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
  • •Experience with global supplier management and working in cross-functional teams
