Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Product and Engineering to bring new products and features to market based on collecting, refining, and prioritizing customer requirements.
•Independently handle enterprise-scale customers and partners as the functional and technical specialist.
•Drive design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions, breaking objectives into tasks and guiding execution and progress.
•Own the delivery lifecycle from training and meetings through testing configurations and launch support.
•Guide customers/partners to achieve maximum benefits and travel to customer/partner locations when work-related travel resumes (20–30%).

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 208,000 - 260,000 annually
