  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to bring new products and features to market based on collecting, refining, and prioritizing customer requirements.
  • •Independently handle enterprise-scale customers and partners as the functional and technical specialist.
  • •Drive design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions, breaking objectives into tasks and guiding execution and progress.
  • •Own the delivery lifecycle from training and meetings through testing configurations and launch support.
  • •Guide customers/partners to achieve maximum benefits and travel to customer/partner locations when work-related travel resumes (20–30%).
