Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program performance to meet/exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs, including governance and risk management support.
  • •Develop and execute solutions to client issues and integrate international enterprise capabilities to meet business targets.
  • •Oversee people management responsibilities for approximately 60 department staff, including coaching, training/mentoring, and succession planning.
  • •Partner with account and business leadership to grow profitable backlog through budgets, win/bookings tracking, and capture strategies.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for project issues and ensure compliance with AECOM Project Delivery System (PDS) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field plus 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience leading program/project performance to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs and satisfaction.
  • •Ability to influence others, work collaboratively, and operate in ambiguous situations.
  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
  • •U.S. Citizenship required.
