Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive Visual Merchandising strategy France, ensuring a strong, coherent visual identity across all stores aligned with group orientations.
  • •Ensure standards VM group and that each store’s installations support the customer experience, creating surprise and delight year-round.
  • •Manage and develop a VM team of 6 collaborators (and functional management responsibilities for another VM lead), and animate the VM ambassadors community.
  • •Build and pilot VM resource and project needs (budgets and headcount) and coordinate annual/monthly store schedules, including major events and retail animations.
  • •Provide continuous operational improvement (e.g., display/PLV tools), collaborate with retail merchandising to optimize sell-through and manage slow movers, and analyze impact to set action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education (e.g., business school, design, applied arts, interior architecture, fashion or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience (and 15 years in Visual Merchandising and management in a demanding retail environment).
  • •Strong aesthetic sense and ability to clearly communicate visual intent.
  • •Proven leadership, relational skills, and influence to drive alignment and implementation.
  • •Rigorous, detail-oriented execution with project leadership, priority management, and action-plan structuring.
