Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Work with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a supervising BCBA. Collect and record session data, assist with care planning, and maintain accurate medical documentation in line with HIPAA. Collaborate with families to ensure consistent strategies, while participating in ongoing training related to special education and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
