Manager - Operations

Own and manage enterprise instrument reference data operations within HSBC’s Markets and Securities Services shared service organization. Lead creation, amendment, calendar and ratings data across asset classes (fixed income, equities, derivatives and FX), coordinating changes via internal systems and third-party vendors such as Bloomberg and Reuters. Drive process improvements, manage operational losses and fraud controls, and develop staff through performance management, training, and shift-ready operations.
