Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions across the ServiceNow IRM platform including policy/compliance, risk, and audit management applications.
  • •Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions across the software development lifecycle.
  • •Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and integrations.
  • •Drive technical governance and quality by owning delivery phases, conducting code reviews, and ensuring platform best practices, stability, and performance.
  • •Support production operations by investigating and resolving issues and performance bottlenecks, staying current with platform releases, and mentoring engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT/software engineering or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • •8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow design, development, and implementation experience.
  • •4+ years specialized experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions in enterprise environments.
  • •Strong development skills in ServiceNow IRM components such as Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture, including scripting and integration capabilities.
