Key Responsibilities

  • •Read, analyze, understand and process Customer Orders in SAP including special requests or special orders and managing workflow through CIM
  • •Email inquiries and follow up on open order processing issues with customers and suppliers
  • •Interact with Sales Team to clarify order processing discrepancies (pricing, etc.).
  • •Capable to resolve internal/external customer requests/queries via email, fax & chat.
  • •Deliver the results as per process requirements

Key Requirements

  • •Read, analyze, understand and process customer orders in SAP including special requests or special orders and managing workflow through CIM
  • •Email inquiries and follow up on open order processing issues with customers and suppliers
  • •Interact with Sales Team to clarify order processing discrepancies (pricing, etc.)
