Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production
•Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
•Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, and investments
•Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
•Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and iterate using user feedback

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience designing digital products
•Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
•Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design
•Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
•Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design
