Job Summary

Lead and deliver large-scale EPCM oil and gas onshore projects for ADNOC, managing scope, schedule, budget, HSSE, and safety. Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, drive governance and risk management, and ensure on-time delivery of complex projects in the UAE with a focus on safety, quality, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulators to meet performance goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Safety Management: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards and environmental regulations throughout project execution.
•Project Management: Lead and manage large-scale EPCm projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards and alignment with project goals and objectives; develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation; monitor progress and mitigate risks.
•EPCm Management: Oversee EPCm operations in the region, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement within the EPCm framework.
•Resource Management: Recruit, train, and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
•Schedule and Budget Management: Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion and cost control; monitor risk and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•University degree (bachelors or masters) in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.
•Project Management Professional (PMP), associate in project management (APM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
•Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role on large-scale EPC and EPCM onshore gas processing projects.
•Extensive track record managing EPC and EPCM projects within the Oil and Gas sector.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present, inform, and persuade at all levels and externally.
