Key Responsibilities

  • •Own dashboards and metrics used by the VP of APM and customers (containment, resolution, PSAT, implementation velocity) on a reliable cadence.
  • •Build tools and automations to maintain agent quality and make implementations faster, eliminating repeated manual work.
  • •Lead weekly business reviews across all accounts with clear reads on health, risk, and next actions.
  • •Partner with the Enablement lead on training, playbooks, and readiness for the APM team.
  • •Support recruiting operations for the APM org, including pipeline tracking, scheduling coordination, and candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of experience in MBB/top-tier professional services or a comparably demanding operating role.
  • •Engineering or technical degree from a top-tier, highly selective program.
  • •Fluent and efficient with LLMs and AI agents for daily build/automation/analysis (deep coding expertise not required).
  • •Experience running or supporting executive-level business reviews across strategic, enterprise, and mid-market accounts.
  • •Cross-functional range and clear, detail-obsessed writing with comfort in ambiguity and fast iteration.
