Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform, from auth primitives to admin surfaces.
  • •Turn enterprise security into a competitive advantage by delivering and productizing SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and PrivateLink.
  • •Lead the single-tenant to multi-tenant migration across multiple quarters with a seamless transition for enterprise customers.
  • •Unlock new geographies and clouds by deciding deployment strategy based on data residency, regional isolation, and cloud parity.
  • •Own the “front door” experience (login, sign-up, account discovery) and ensure enterprise provisioning and auditing are self-serve.
  • •Serve as the product voice in enterprise security reviews by partnering with security, infrastructure, and compliance to translate blockers into roadmap.
  • •Partner with infrastructure/platform teams to define telemetry and observability needed to operate this layer with confidence.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in identity, access management, security, or infrastructure products.
  • •Strong experience with authentication and authorization, including SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, and RBAC, with shipped product work in this space.
  • •Experience building multi-tenant SaaS deployment models, including tenancy/isolation, regional expansion, and migrations between models.
  • •Strong technical foundation to partner with engineering and participate confidently in architecture and design reviews.
  • •Comfort operating with enterprise customers and translating security review feedback into prioritized product work.
