Key Responsibilities

•Own the university lifecycle strategy, planning, execution and results within identified universities alongside a Higher Education Customer Success Manager to drive MAU growth.
•Foster relationships with university administration, onboarding staff, professors, and students via Single-Sign-On and provide strategic sales support for campus-wide Canva deployments.
•Focus on the education community to deliver a customer transformation strategy focused on educational outcomes within universities.
•Understand the Canva user lifecycle by building relationships with educators and learners to identify needs and opportunities.
•Identify trends and usage patterns through data analysis to inform future product and marketing plans.

Key Requirements

•Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
•Experience implementing new technologies and understanding how institutions roll-out student technology deployments.
