Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the university lifecycle strategy, planning, execution and results within identified universities alongside a Higher Education Customer Success Manager to drive MAU growth.
  • •Foster relationships with university administration, onboarding staff, professors, and students via Single-Sign-On and provide strategic sales support for campus-wide Canva deployments.
  • •Focus on the education community to deliver a customer transformation strategy focused on educational outcomes within universities.
  • •Understand the Canva user lifecycle by building relationships with educators and learners to identify needs and opportunities.
  • •Identify trends and usage patterns through data analysis to inform future product and marketing plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with the Higher Education Market and ability to communicate with Instructional Technology Specialists and professors on Canva's impact on student learning outcomes.

  • •Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience implementing new technologies and understanding how institutions roll-out student technology deployments.
