Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety and awareness by leading/joining meetings and training to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols
  • •Maintain a strong store presence (75–80% of time on the selling floor) to deter theft and support a safe environment
  • •Collaborate with store leaders to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
  • •Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools
  • •Handle incidents professionally by de-escalating situations and completing audits and asset protection reports
