Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and governance of the global SAP FICO template, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global standards.
  • •Coordinate implementation and rollout of SAP FICO in S4/HANA across business units and regions.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP FICO matters and translate stakeholder requirements into SAP FICO solutions.
  • •Evaluate performance of the SAP FICO module and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and system performance.
  • •Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including issue resolution and collaboration with external vendors/consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields; Master’s degree or relevant certification is an added advantage.
  • •Confirmed SAP FICO capability with 3–5 years in a similar role.
  • •Expertise across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
  • •Experience crafting and implementing global SAP FICO templates.
  • •Strong project management and communication skills to collaborate effectively across partners and teams.
