Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain a deep understanding of QMS-based audit processes and deploy them within the Fab.
  • •Lead preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, and develop and drive improvement plans.
  • •Collaborate with global quality organizations as the Fab representative to improve audit standards and evaluation methods.
  • •Identify quality risks and work with FMEA, PCRB, and related departments to implement appropriate risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Daily conversational Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N3) and daily conversational English (chat and email with overseas teams).
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background and/or industry experience.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in-person and remotely.
  • •Strong willingness to learn continuously and have a mindset for improvement.
  • •Experience in quality audits or other quality management–related work; business-level Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2).
