Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Raytheon mission area and program operations.
  • •Facilitate process changes and support adoption of updated procedures.
  • •Assess property processes, documentation, and system usage against compliance standards (e.g., FAR, DFARS, internal audit/site procedures).
  • •Coordinate with Property Management, Audit, and Compliance teams to ensure required controls and support internal/external assessment readiness with corrective actions.
  • •Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in property systems and tracking tools; monitor compliance status and escalate risks early.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.

  • •Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date (with ability to obtain Top Secret or higher or program access after start).
