Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the FSO focal point for field product support and execution alignment.
  • •Matrix-influence Sales, FSO, SAMs, Planning, Quality, and Engineering to deliver regional KPIs.
  • •Track and drive service contract KPIs (Uptime, Availability, Stoploss) and perform material/labor analysis for margin improvement.
  • •Lead high-level customer/field escalations and drive repair/refurb projects with Engineering, including qualification and adoption.
  • •Ensure field readiness and support SAR/ELS/NPI execution; proliferate BKMs and support training and certifications.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Semiconductor equipment experience in a production environment.
  • •Understanding of ALD / PVD / MCVD technology and equipment maintenance.
  • •BS degree or higher; engineering background preferred or equivalent experience.
  • •Support service operations through field escalation, repair, and refurb activities.
  • •Communicate execution risks and progress to senior executives and stakeholders.
