Job Summary

Own regional field product support performance as the FSO focal point for AMT/AMSEA. Drive execution across service contracts, supply chain, quality, cost, and field readiness to meet regional KPIs. Track uptime/availability/stoploss, analyze materials and labor for margin improvements, and lead escalations, repair/refurb initiatives, and 6k program establishment. Build capabilities by sharing BKMs/lessons learned and supporting training and certifications.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the FSO focal point for field product support and execution alignment.
•Matrix-influence Sales, FSO, SAMs, Planning, Quality, and Engineering to deliver regional KPIs.
•Track and drive service contract KPIs (Uptime, Availability, Stoploss) and perform material/labor analysis for margin improvement.
•Lead high-level customer/field escalations and drive repair/refurb projects with Engineering, including qualification and adoption.
•Ensure field readiness and support SAR/ELS/NPI execution; proliferate BKMs and support training and certifications.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Semiconductor equipment experience in a production environment.
•Understanding of ALD / PVD / MCVD technology and equipment maintenance.
•BS degree or higher; engineering background preferred or equivalent experience.
•Support service operations through field escalation, repair, and refurb activities.
•Communicate execution risks and progress to senior executives and stakeholders.
