Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist client staff with day-to-day Fortinet product operation and support
  • •Develop methods of procedure (MOPs) for migrations, upgrades, and updates
  • •Create test plans and test new features and/or releases
  • •Verify configurations and implement security best practices
  • •Evaluate interoperability of devices interacting with Fortinet products and handle issues through resolution or escalation, including training and knowledge transfer

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, and/or administration
  • •5+ years experience with Network Security Products
  • •2+ years experience with Fortinet products
  • •Strong understanding of security and networking principles and technologies (switching, routing, load balancing, WiFi; firewall, IPS, VPN, antivirus, anti-spam, web filtering, application control)
  • •Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong communication/presentation ability; able to work independently and collaborate with clients and teams
