Senior Facilities Team Leader

Supervise daily facilities operations to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are completed efficiently while meeting HSE requirements and company standards. Monitor PPM schedules, KPIs, SLAs, and contractor performance; maintain asset registers and inventory; and support Facilities Manager planning and execution of facilities projects. Lead building inspections, manage maintenance records in the Facilities Management System (FMS), respond to emergencies, and ensure reliable operation of HVAC, generators, electrical systems, and MHE equipment.
