Key Responsibilities

•Run full cycle recruiting from intake to signed offer across engineering, product, and commercial.
•Source passive talent by reaching out and building relationships before roles open.
•Build and own talent pipelines/talent pools for recurring hiring needs.
•Partner with hiring managers to define roles, profiles, and quality bars; keep processes structured and fast.
•Own recruiting reporting by running Teamtailor (ATS), keeping pipelines clean, and tracking time to fill, conversion, and quality of hire.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full cycle recruiting in-house or agency, ideally in tech or SaaS.
•A live network in tech/SaaS (especially engineering) and ability to reach top candidates.
•Strong hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI sourcing tools.
•Domain knowledge of how SaaS companies are built, recruiting across engineering, product/design, and commercial roles.
•Fluent English; German is a plus; based in London or Berlin with the right to work there.
