Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customer relationships for assigned downstream chemical process accounts and support customer operations.
  • •Provide technical troubleshooting support using mechanical aptitude, laboratory experience, and industry knowledge.
  • •Lead business reviews and deliver technical presentations to customers, executive leadership, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate internal teams to drive projects and technical sales activities that bring value to customers.
  • •Ensure compliance with Sales and Service Standards across key customer accounts and commercial activities.
