Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor and Active State Bar Membership.
  • •10 years minimum relevant experience in a law firm or in-house.
  • •Deep mastery of applicable laws and regulations across the commercial lending lifecycle from both legal and operational perspectives.
  • •Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills with experience providing proactive, solution-oriented advice on legal, business, and regulatory issues.
  • •Ability to manage, train, and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals (if relevant).
