Lead Product Designer

Lead the product design function for a social-media protocol ecosystem, defining visual identity, design culture, and a new look and feel. Own end-to-end, high-stakes design projects—from ideation and prototyping through launch and iteration across iOS, Android, and web. Act as a player-coach managing 2–4 designers with critiques, hiring, and craft standards, partnering with product and engineering to shape roadmaps and product decisions.
