Key Responsibilities

  • •Review customer specifications, drawings, and technical requirements to support engineered solutions.
  • •Support development of MVCA engineered solutions, including full-voltage, reduced-voltage, autotransformer, reactor starters, and specialty motor control applications.
  • •Identify specification conflicts, technical risks, and non-standard requirements early in the order cycle, balancing customer needs with Eaton standards and manufacturing capabilities.
  • •Support field sales and customers during project development and execution, coordinating mechanical and electrical interfaces as needed.
  • •Provide post-sale technical support by troubleshooting field issues, supporting product testing protocol and customer witness tests, and conducting technical training seminars.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience in an industrial setting and manufacturing environment.
  • •Candidates must currently reside within 75 miles of Arden, NC to be considered.

  • •Detailed experience and knowledge of control and logic functions, including problem solving for analyzing field problems.
