Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Madison Ave

Drive store sales and create an exceptional ALO guest experience through authentic brand connection, product education, and educating customers on ALO’s community and culture. Build daily client relationships, lead ALO’s Flow initiatives, and use store reporting to support action plans and results. Ensure strong sales floor coverage, assist with shipment and product flow, and follow front- and back-of-house policies while maintaining a clean, safe, inviting store environment.
