Talent and HR Consultant (Douglas, IM)

Support recruitment and talent initiatives for the Isle of Man HR team by partnering with managers and the UK Talent Acquisition team. Act as the local point of contact for recruitment queries, coordinate onboarding and internal recruitment processes, and help deliver employee induction programmes. Also support learning and talent management (including succession planning support), manage related invoices and learning platform administration, and assist with pensions administration and routine HR queries.
