Key Responsibilities

  • •Transport freshly mixed concrete from the plant to job sites safely and professionally.
  • •Comply with Department of Transportation requirements including licensing, vehicle inspection, and hours of service.
  • •Inspect the truck at the start of each day and complete the Driver Check-off Sheet to confirm systems are functioning.
  • •Back into batching plant/hopper areas to receive concrete and maneuver the truck to delivery points.
  • •Assist with deliveries by assembling chutes, following instructions and maps, keeping the truck clean, performing basic maintenance, and completing required paperwork.
