Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure continuous, safe operations.
  • •Monitor building automation systems (BAS) to optimize energy use and systems performance while maintaining comfortable environments.
  • •Respond to service requests and emergencies, and complete preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance work orders via CMMS/mobile.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance records, including repair history and costs, and support asset management with accurate asset tagging.
  • •Oversee vendor/3rd-party services, conduct site inspections and meter readings, and support compliance (OSHA, ADA and other regulations).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • •3+ years of experience in building engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems (BAS).
  • •Knowledge of applicable building codes, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and energy efficiency practices.
  • •Valid state Class C Driver’s License.
