Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide phone-based technical support to customers and foreign branches for product questions based on internal product training.
  • •Perform regular phone-based switching assistance and onboarding/instruction for new installer companies in standard processes.
  • •Provide technical information from technical documentation through various communication channels.
  • •Support error isolation using test setups and assist with configuration and fault-finding in projects.
  • •Maintain approved downloadable content and participate in cross-department meetings; support development with test setups and documenting test cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Training as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems (Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme).
  • •Further training as a state-certified technician (staatlich geprüfter Techniker) or equivalent.
