Job Summary

Join the Solution Consulting (presales) team to help customers envision their future with Workday as an enterprise architect. Lead high-level technical discussions around Workday’s AI vision, low-code application development, machine learning, and agent-based architectures. Deliver technical presentations and scripted demos, create as-is/to-be architecture designs, and independently answer RFP questions for executives and technical stakeholders. Partner closely with sales and pre-sales teams to translate complex platform capabilities into clear business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Articulate and differentiate Workday Core Architecture to technical and business buyer personas.
•Lead high-level discussions on Workday’s AI vision and strategy, including low-code application development, machine learning, and agent-based architectures.
•Create technical as-is and to-be architecture designs using graphical discovery tools and explain how Workday simplifies the IT landscape.
•Conduct discoveries, deep dives, and scripted demonstrations with little support, and independently answer RFP questions.
•Demonstrate platform capabilities across security, reporting & analytics, integrations, and Workday Extend/Build/Data Cloud, translating complex technology into business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in enterprise software presales/solution consulting, solution experience, implementation consulting, solution architecture, technical account management, or similar relevant experience.
•Expertise delivering compelling technical presentations and demonstrations, including leading discovery conversations for C-suite and technical evaluators.
•Deep technical experience with cloud architectures, security, reporting, and/or integration standards.
•Relevant experience or certifications in solution architecture on hyperscaler environments such as AWS or GCP (preferred).
•Exposure to AI agents and agent development tools (e.g., LangGraph, Flowise, Dify, AutoGPT, Vertex AI) and familiarity with low-code platforms and tools (preferred).
