Job Summary

Develop scalable enablement training, content, and resources for Ciena’s partner ecosystem. Create modular toolkits and learning paths for sales and technical audiences, improve how enablement is created and delivered, and maintain an organized asset library. Partner with product, technical, marketing, and partner-facing teams to keep materials accurate and aligned to business priorities, and explore AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency and adoption at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Design scalable toolkits, learning paths, and reusable training materials for partner-facing sales and technical audiences.
•Create clear, audience-appropriate enablement content that helps partners explain value, positioning, and technical concepts.
•Provide coaching, guidance, and reusable resources to help internal teams deliver consistent partner enablement at scale.
•Identify and apply practical tools, including AI-enabled capabilities, to improve content creation, planning, quality, and delivery efficiency.
•Maintain an organized enablement asset library, refresh content as needs evolve, and use adoption/feedback/outcomes to improve materials over time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,500 - 184,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering or related field; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
•5–8 years’ experience creating sales, technical, or instructional enablement content for complex communications, networking, technology, or managed service offerings.
•Experience using AI-enabled and digital tools to create enablement assets, improve productivity, and support adoption.
•Strong understanding of optical networking, communications services, managed services, or partner-led technology offerings.
•Experience in train-the-trainer, instructional design, or enablement-coaching capacity.
