Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting activities for East Asia countries, supervising month-end closing and act vs forecast preliminary reviews.
  • •Lead process improvement and finance transformation initiatives by identifying gaps in EA ledgers and enhancing systems and processes while ensuring compliance with Eaton policies, local regulations, and SOX.
  • •Partner with commercial teams by reviewing project costing sheets, tracking project margins, and deep-diving margin gaps to support bidding and profitability decisions.
  • •Perform tack-on rate and transfer pricing reviews and conduct monthly BSR reviews for EA ledgers.
  • •Manage EA CapEx requirements and spending versus forecast and profit plans, support internal/external audit needs, and handle ad-hoc finance/compliance projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (graduate degree desirable).
  • •Over 10 years of experience, with preference for audit firm experience.
  • •Strong accounting, internal control, and commercial acumen to support project costing, bidding, and margin analysis.
  • •Proficiency in SAP (experience is a plus) and strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • •Strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
