Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare highway geometric designs from concept through detailed design, including alignments, cross sections, grading, and corridor models.
  • •Develop engineering calculations, design reports, quantities, technical documentation, and design drawings aligned to BIM/CAD standards.
  • •Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (traffic, utilities, drainage, structures, landscape, lighting, ITS, and BIM) and integrate survey constraints.
  • •Deliver assigned design packages within programme and budget while maintaining quality under the AECOM Quality Management System.
  • •Ensure compliance with client standards and local authority regulations; support submissions, design reviews, and construction support activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •4–8 years of highway design experience.
  • •Experience delivering highway or transportation projects for RTA or similar authorities.
  • •Knowledge of highway geometric design, road corridor modeling, earthworks and grading, and pavement layouts.
  • •Proficiency with Bentley OpenRoads Designer, Civil 3D, MicroStation, AutoCAD, ProjectWise, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
