Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop welding/brazing and heat treatment techniques, procedures, and welding equipment applications for metal fabrication.
  • •Conduct R&D investigations to develop/test fabrication processes, improve welding equipment and methods, and correlate material/welding phenomena.
  • •Develop FEM analysis on welding and thermal processes using simulation software.
  • •Prepare technical reports from R&D and preventive maintenance investigations.
  • •Establish and direct implementation of welding/brazing procedures and coordinate inspections to ensure compliance with standards; perform experimental welding to evaluate new materials and equipment.
