Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality training and checking across the E190 fleet.
  • •Serve in Training Captain, Check Captain, and/or Simulator Instructor roles as required.
  • •Support the pilot group and contribute to shaping safety culture.
  • •Ensure high standards of training and operational excellence across the fleet.
  • •Participate in role requirements including assessments (medical, drug and alcohol testing, and other onboarding checks).

Key Requirements

  • •ERJ170/190 type rating with Command experience on type.
  • •Minimum 4,000 total flying hours.
  • •Previous experience in training or checking on multi-crew transport category jet aircraft.
  • •ATPL (A) licence issued by the NAA of an ICAO Contacting State.
  • •Current instrument rating proficiency check, plus the ability to obtain Australian Certificate of Validation and/or Australian ATPL (A) and meet Australian medical requirements.
