Key Responsibilities

  • •Support supervision teams with review of the contractor’s work program during pre-construction.
  • •Review contractor submittals (e.g., staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, project procedures, traffic management plans) as needed.
  • •Conduct inspection of construction works based on Requests for Inspections and highlight reasons for rejection when applicable.
  • •Coordinate quality and HSSE inspections, identify and raise quality issues, and monitor action plans and non-conformities on site.
  • •Support materials inspection/testing against specifications and contribute to commissioning reports, final inspections, snags list rectification, and take-over/defect liability certificates.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and planning with expertise in construction site inspections.
  • •Experience performing inspections on large supervision sites, including work progress, quality, and HSSE inspections.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
