Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish to ensure customers are prepared to roll out Adyen’s solution.
  • •Collaborate with customers’ project/technical teams and third parties (e.g., integration partners) to ensure smooth rollouts.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage progress and communication.
  • •Advise on solutions that best fit customers’ business needs and provide guidance during the rollout.
  • •Ensure successful project handovers by setting up scalable BAU and support processes, and contribute to internal process improvements.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience setting up complex (ideally technical) projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Experience in the payments industry or a technical background is a plus.
  • •Proven customer-facing stakeholder management ability to lead high-level conversations and influence decisions.
  • •Excellent project management skills to lead detailed, time-sensitive initiatives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • •Required fluency/business proficiency in both French and English; additional European language is a plus.
