Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor inventory levels and production demands from a strategic standpoint.
  • •Resolve ad-hoc OTIFIQ deviations and serve as the primary point of contact for supplier communication throughout the week.
  • •Collaborate with procurement, production, warehouse, product, and FSQA to ensure alignment on agreements, updates, and exceptions.
  • •Minimize waste by monitoring delivery details (e.g., BBD and oversupply), identifying root causes, and implementing future-proof adjustments.
  • •Manage errors to minimize customer impact and report on supplier performance by gathering and analyzing process compliance and supplier effectiveness feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the food sector and/or from a production company.
  • •Supply Chain, Business/Management study, or related fields is a plus.
  • •Strong continuous improvement mindset.
  • •Strong quantitative and analytical experience, including expertise with WMS and/or ERP systems, Excel, and Tableau.
  • •Comfort solving problems and making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
